Honkaku Shochu Edochu is an imo shochu made exclusively with sweet potatoes harvested on Hachijojima Island, and brewed on Hachijojima Island.
It slept for a long time due to the toji's dedication, but has finally been released as intended.
All types of sweet potatoes are used: white-yellow, purple, and orange varieties.
The blend is subtly changed each year, allowing you to enjoy the evolving deep flavors.

Aged Edochu is best enjoyed on the rocks.
